This week’s layout is one I made from a card I saw online. Let’s see your take on it.

Upload your artwork to your personal photo album. This can be an OSA Yahoo! Photo album, Flickr, PictureTrail, etc. Then post a link to your artwork HERE in the comments section when you have completed our challenge. Or, you can also post a link to your artwork on OSA. Come back on Sunday to see who has taken the challenge this week!

This week we have Wendy McGowen to thank for our sketch. She sees cards she likes and she makes a sketch of them. Then Wendy emails them to me. If you are not able to make sketches at home, email me the card and I´ll try to make the sketch.

2011 in review

I thought I’d share with you this email I received. I did this last year and we had over 300 views. I would seem that our blog is very healthy! I hope you find it interesting!

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 11,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 4 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Last post of 2011!! We are completing out second year of layout challenges! Have a layout you want us to use? Seen a card whose layout you like? Send them to me and I’ll feature the layout this next coming year. No templates from other challenge blogs, please, due to copyright laws!

One of our OSA members recommended that we have a challenge there be no specific layout, but to have all the stamping done on the card itself…no ribbons, no layers, nothing but stamping. Now, how you design the card could look as if you has layers and embellishments. Some stamps are made to look like that.

Let’s see what you do!!!
