Card Layout Challenge #234

Do you have oriental coins?  Well if you do, you might want to use them for this next card challenge!  You will be making a square card…4×4, 5×5, etc.  Let’s see what you can do!

I invite you to create a card using this week’s challenge. Upload it to your personal photo album.  This can be an OSA gallery album, an OSA Yahoo! Photo album, Flickr, PictureTrail, etc.  Then post a link to your artwork HERE in the comments section when you have completed our challenge.  Or, you can also post a link to your artwork on OSA. Come back on Sunday to see who has taken the challenge this week!

Card Layout Challenge #233

This week’s card challenge was sent to me by Sabine Vater.  She made a diagonal double pocket card.  Take a look at her examples.  She followed the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers.  This is similar to Challenge #8…it’s a variation.  Thank you, Sabine!

Card Layout Challenge #231

Today I did a search for a triangle card.  I had many hits, all different.  I found one I had never seen before, so I did a little research to find the actual name of it.  It is called a Star Fold or Star card.  Here are directions and pictures of a Star Fold card.  Please note, measurements vary, so I would suggest that you try it with scrap or printing paper.  Let’s see what you can do.
