This week’s challenge was suggested by Margo.  She received a Die-Cuts Frame mingle card from Leo T. that she absolutely loved!  I recognized the technique from one I had seen on Techniques Junkies.  I did a search and found various tutorials and images showing how to do this technique.  The type of card is called the Telescoping Circles Card.
